Physical building

  • Year built, construction, stories, units, and square footage
  • Roof, wiring, plumbing, and heating updates
  • Sprinklers, alarms, fire escapes, elevators, and boilers
  • Occupancy, vacancy, subsidized units where requested, and short-term rental activity
  • Commercial occupancy and cooking details

Financial values

  • Building replacement value and valuation date
  • Rental value or business-income estimate
  • Deductible preference
  • Required property and liability limits
  • Umbrella limit and underlying schedule

Current insurance and losses

  • Declarations and full current policy where available
  • Renewal date and known nonrenewal or requirement notices
  • Currently valued loss runs
  • Open claims and completed corrective work
  • Inspection reports or recommendations

Review before sending

Confirm that unit counts, values, dates, named insureds, and loss information agree across the schedule, application, policy, and lender request. Flag uncertainty instead of filling a gap with an assumption.
